These are the terms that govern buying and selling on KISH, the marketplace for pre-owned children's sports shoes in Dubai. They cover how a sale works, what KISH checks before a listing goes live, the buyer-protection window, our fees, delivery, and how disputes are handled.

KISH is an adults-only platform: accounts are held by verified adults aged 18 or over. A parent buys and sells from their own account. Sellers keep 100% of the item price; KISH charges the buyer a service fee and a delivery fee, both shown before checkout.
