Answers to the questions we are asked most about buying and selling pre-owned children's sports shoes on KISH.

Buying

Every listing is checked by KISH before a buyer commits — photographs, condition grade and sizing are reviewed against what the seller has described. Once you have paid, you have a buyer-protection window to confirm the pair is as described; if it is not, you raise it with us and we mediate.

Selling

Sellers keep 100% of the item price — KISH charges no seller fee. You list the pair with photographs, we review it before it goes live, and once the buyer-protection window has closed you are paid out.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is arranged by KISH, not between buyer and seller, and the delivery fee is shown before checkout. Sellers never see a buyer's address. If a pair is not as described, we handle the return.
