Data Retention Policy

This policy sets out how long KISH keeps each type of record and why. It is the detailed source behind the retention periods summarised in our privacy policy.

Some periods are set by law — order and payment records are kept for seven years from the end of the tax period, as UAE Corporate Tax requires. Others are set by us and kept as short as is practical: message threads, dispute records and closed accounts each have their own period, and an automated sweep deletes data once its period expires.
